Supreme’s Live-Stream Rebrand
Supreme Speaks is a monthly live-stream event created to celebrate the people and culture at Supreme Lending, while providing timely updates on company initiatives. It’s tailored specifically for team members in corporate operations and shared services, ensuring they stay informed, engaged, and connected to the broader goals of the company. As Creative Director and Executive Producer, I led the rebranding and restructuring of the event to align more closely with our goal to celebrate our team and share authentic stories that showcase the heart of our culture.

Before 2024, the live event was known simply as the Corporate Call, serving primarily as a platform for company updates. However, it lacked a personal touch that reflected the company's new vision and mission to put people in homes; the challenge was to find a way to authentically communicate this mission and engage our employees on a deeper level. During the rebranding effort, I renamed the event Supreme Speaks to better reflect its purpose as a dynamic, engaging platform for internal communication and culture-building.

Approach
Rebranding & Vision
In 2024, I spearheaded the rebranding of the Corporate Call into Supreme Speaks, shifting from a simple announcement platform to a more engaging and narrative-driven format.
We centered the event on authentic storytelling, focusing on team members, department profiles, and company goals. This repositioning highlighted Supreme Lending’s commitment to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
Format and Content Segmentation
I broke down the show into 4-5 segments that align with both our culture and company initiatives:
People Are Our Passion
Highlighting the achievements and stories of team members who embody our core values. Employee of the Month was also celebrated through nominations highlighted through video.
Mortgage is Our Business
Providing timely updates on industry trends and company performance, hosted by members of Secondary Marketing.
Get Ready to Run
Showcasing different departments, explaining how they contribute to the greater mission and 2024's theme.
Culture Spotlight
Focusing on individuals or teams that exemplify our commitment to serving others.
Filming and Production
Supreme Speaks is filmed in a studio and streamed in a podcast format to create an engaging and accessible experience for team members. As Executive Producer, I ensured smooth production workflows, from scripting to editing, ensuring the content remained both professional and approachable.
Engagement Strategy
To increase engagement, I integrated interactive elements such as trivia and live chat sessions between the audience and segment hosts. This fostered a sense of connection and allowed for real-time feedback and discussions on important topics.
