PrimeLending’s annual incentive trip for top-performing loan officers and their special guests is brought to life through a curated collection of experiential materials. For this event, held at the Monarch Beach Resort in Northern California, the theme “Celebrating Your Crowning Achievement” artfully combined design elements of the monarch butterfly with a regal series of crowns—symbolizing both the destination and the significance of the accomplishment.


The collection includes a series of printed and digital materials that not only built anticipation from the moment recipients qualified, but also guided them through every phase of the experience. More than just beautiful design, the materials played a key functional role: they reminded attendees that this was a business meeting with required events—not just a leisure getaway; they provided essential background and orientation for guests; they helped cut through the distraction and sensory overload that can come with travel and event environments; and they reinforced the importance of each recipient’s hard work while contributing to a memorable, well-organized experience.
