I had the opportunity to design two custom athletic shoes as exclusive gifts for top-performing employees—one for Supreme Lending’s 2024 incentive trip and another for PrimeLending’s 2019 sales conference.

These shoes weren’t just swag—they were a symbol of belonging to an elite group who had earned their place through exceptional performance. Given only to those who qualified for the trip, the design aimed to feel personal, aspirational, and wearable beyond the event. Creating something that recognized hard work while reinforcing company pride made these projects especially meaningful.
